As owner, I have several years of custom construction/remodeling and have performed thousands of home & insurance inspections in the Tampa Bay Area.  After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors of science degree, I moved to Florida and began working with Florida home insurance companies in different capacities, allowing me to learn building codes, construction data analysis, and assisting in developing wind mitigation methodologies.  My prior business and project management background and keen attention to detail ensures that any undertaking needed for your home is in capable hands.

I founded my company to be a one-stop resource when reviewing your home inspection needs.  My goal is to constantly treat your home and your money as if it was my own home and my own money.  My promise as a state certified and licensed professional is to not only meet your expectations for quality and professionalism, but to exceed them.
