Condominium inspection represent great value for the money and usually do not cost as much as a single family home inspection. Most condominium inspections exclude common areas or areas maintained by the association such as the roof, exterior, driveways, sidewalks, etc. Interior areas such as attics (if present), HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows/doors, appliances are all inspected for proper functionality and any signs of damage.
